The neodymium-family compounds in the RNI series have magnetism several times higher than that of the ferrite type compounds. This helps to reduce magnets in size and weight.

The samarium cobalt type compounds in the RSI series have temperature characteristics far better than those of the neodymium type compounds. This makes them ideal for items that require high temperature ranges as well as magnetic properties.
